Summary:
Alec is forced to keep the secret that the Clave lost the soul sword during Valentine's invasion into the Institute. Due to the misunderstanding and false accusation Magnus feels betrayed by the man he loves and ends his relationship and everyone around Alec follows suit. On the night of Valentine's "Death" Everyone is celebrating. Alec is determined to explain himself and tell Magnus the truth, but Dot intervenes and manipulates the situation unaware of the consequences of what Alec will soon face.
Alec is brutally attack and left for dead. What happens when the truth is reveal regarding Alec and how the true power of the soul sword is connect to Alec
