Fandom: All Out!!
Character(s): Gion Kenji, Iwashimizu Sumiaki

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Chapter 1: Do You Even Lift, Bro?

Chapter Text

"Alright, asshole, now you're taking it too far!"

Iwashimizu watched in horror as the intense scene unfolded before his eyes. Gion, standing chest to crotch with someone who could probably bench press twice his weight on a bad day. Gion, getting more and more heated by the second as the much bigger man taunted him about not being able to reach the bar at the gym. Gion, raising a fist to land a blow to the man’s stomach, or wherever his hand reached first.

Iwashimizu let out a yelp before taking a step forward and grabbing his friend under the arms and lifting him up in the air. “I think it’s time we left, don’t you think?” he asked, ignoring the cries of protest coming from both men as he all but ran away.

“No, I think it’s about time that I finished that jerk off!” Gion’s kicking and yelling only got worse the further away Iwashimizu got from the encounter. Taking in a deep breath and enduring the pain, he finally got the two of them to his car. It took all he had within himself to not break out into a full run from all the stares they were getting the entire way there.

“You know, you’re going to get yourself hurt one day picking fights like that,” he said, buckling the now calm(ish) Gion into his seat. “That guy was massive and you’re...well…” he trailed off, not wanting to finish his sentence in fear that Gion would kick up a fuss again.

“I’m what?”

Chapter 2: Rainy With the Chance of a Bonding Moment

Notes:

Prompt: Person A is alone in the rain because they forgot to bring an umbrella, Person B offers to share theirs.
Fandom: The Cat Lady
Character(s): Susan Ashworth, Mitzi Hunt

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

“Shit, I forgot my blasted umbrella!” Mitzi’s hand was frantically scavenging through her oversized purse as she tried to find the object in question. When her search came up futile, she let out an agitated sigh and threw her hands in the air.

Standing next to her, Susan tried to hold back her smile. Typical, she couldn’t help but to think as she reached into her own bag to pull out her trusty umbrella. It wasn’t necessarily big, but it would do. They weren’t going far, anyway.

“Here, get under mine and we’ll walk together,” she said, opening it up and holding it high for Mitzi to walk under.

Mitzi stopped her dramatics and glanced over at Susan. She knew that the older woman was starting to open up more to her the longer that they lived together, but she’d never allowed Mitzi to get this close to her outside of a life-or-death situation. “Are you sure?” She couldn’t help but to ask as she cautiously inched closer.

“Of course I’m sure, otherwise I wouldn’t have offered,” Susan replied with a roll of her eyes. “Now get over here! The day isn’t getting any younger and it’s not like I’m going to bite you.”

Feeling silly, Mitzi nodded her head and hopped over next to Susan, taking hold of the umbrella with her hand. “Grab hold, Susan! I’m piloting today.”

With a fond smile on her face, Susan simply reached out her hand and grabbed hold of Mitzi’s arm. Their trip to the grocery store could finally start.

Notes:

I have so many ideas for this fandom, but I've never actually tried to write any of them. This was a lot of fun to write, though, so I think I might try my hand at them!

Thanks for reading! 🌻💛

Chapter 3: Get In Loser, We're Going Shopping

Notes:

Prompt: Person B and Person A chilling out on beds and couches at a furniture store.
Fandom: Yuri!!! On Ice
Character(s): Yuri Plisetsky, Otabek Altin

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Yuri let out a deep, world-weary sigh before allowing himself to fall on top of the softest bed he’d ever laid on. What the hell was it made out of? Actual clouds? Angel wings? Whatever it was, it was comfortable as fuck and just what he needed to relax during the outing from hell.

Okay, to be fair it actually wasn’t that bad. It looked like Viktor was having the time of his life with the lesser Yuuri. Maybe it made Yuri a little bit happy to see his friend smile like that, so open and honest. Maybe he hadn’t complained that much today just because of that fact.

It didn’t take away his current dilemma of dying, though. His feet were killing him from all the walking he’d done today. Store after store, finding new furniture for the house that Viktor and Yuuri bought together. It felt like they were buying much more than they actually needed, but what did Yuri know? The most money he spent on shit was when it came to clothes and he didn’t even get to indulge in his habit today.

The bed creased underneath him as another body made impact with its softness. Otabek let out a tired noise of his own before rolling closer to Yuri. “Do they always take forever doing things like this,” he deadpanned, eyes lazily rolling over to the Blonde.

“If you think this is bad, you should have been there when Viktor bought Yuuri a whole new wardrobe.”

Notes:

I wish I had more time for this one. I really love writing from Yuri's POV.

Thanks for reading! 🌻💛

Chapter 4: Ice Cream Chillin'

Notes:

Prompt: Person A and Person B sharing ice cream/cake/a dessert.
Fandom: Higurashi
Character(s): Keiichi Maebara, Satoko Hojo

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Keiichi could tell that something was wrong the moment Satoko stepped outside of her house. Face towards the ground and the usual pep gone from her step, she made her way over to her friends as she tried to put on a happy face. She was good, but not that good.

“You just missed getting ice cream with us, Satoko,” Rena said with a pout. “I was going to get you one, too, but they were all sold out by the time we got ours.”

Satoko tried her best to not let the fake smile fall from her face at the news. “It’s okay, I don’t even like ice cream that much, anyway!” Letting out a laugh, she felt relief wash over her as her friends turned back to their ice cream after confirming that the younger girl’s feelings weren’t hurt in any way.

“That’s a lie and you know it,” Keiichi said, inching closer to her and speaking in a low voice. It almost made Satoko scream, but she held it in and glared at him instead.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about, stupid,” she replied. But Keiichi wasn’t letting up, instead getting closer to her.

“Oh yeah? Then why did I see you buy not one, but two ice creams the other day after school?”

Oh no...Satoko thought she did a well enough job of sneaking around the other day. If Keiichi saw her getting a treat for herself, she wondered who else saw her.

Before she could let the thought consume her any more, Keiichi was holding out his hand and offering her his unopened popsicle. “It’s not ice cream, but there’s two in here, so we can share.”

Notes:

I really wanted to keep this one light and fun while alluding to the darker themes behind-the-scenes. Not sure how well I did that in 5 minutes, but there was an attempt!

Thanks for reading! 🌻💛

Chapter 5: In Which Switzerland Spoils Liechtenstein. As a Treat.

Notes:

Prompt: Person B buying Person A a special treat when they go out shopping.
Fandom: Hetalia
Character(s): Switzerland (Basch Zwingli), Liechtenstein (Lili Vogel)

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

“Oh? A sale on meat? Lucky.” Basch let a small smile grace his features as he put the meat into his basket. It wasn’t as if he couldn’t afford it regularly, but making unnecessary purchases wasn’t really Basch’s style. Lili would certainly be excited. Maybe they could make stew tonight?

Looking behind him to show his younger sister the lucky find, Basch’s eyebrows rose when he found that she was no longer behind him. Instead, she was a few aisles down looking at flower bouquets with a serene look on her face.

Silly girl, we have so many flowers at home. He couldn’t help but to think with a shake of his head. But the more he watched Lili gently caress the petals and smell them with a smile, the more he wanted to indulge her for once. She could be so cute sometimes. And it wasn’t like they’d be able to do things like this forever. Lili was getting bigger, after all.

With a sigh, he walked over to the younger girl and tapped her on the shoulder. She startled for a second but quickly recovered once she realized who it was

“Brother! Aren’t these flowers so beautiful?” she asked, turning fully towards him.

“Yes, they are,” he replied, not knowing how to ask her if she wanted a bouquet without sounding awkward.

After a few seconds of silence, Basch decided to throw caution to the wind and just come out with it. “Pick one that you like and I’ll get it for you. We can put it in the dining room as decoration for tonight’s dinner. We’re having stew.”

Notes:

I love them so much ;u;

Thanks for reading 🌻💛

Chapter 6: Insert Work Related Pun Here

Notes:

Prompt: Person A telling Person B a dumb joke just to see their smile.
Fandom: Hetalia
Character(s): Prussia (Gilbert), Germany (Ludwig)

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

It had been a long week for both Gilbert and Ludwig. Paperwork, meetings, traveling, phone calls; everything you would expect from young entrepreneurs such as themselves. Though it was always worth the grind, seeing their clients walk away happy, the workload always took a toll on them by the end.

Gilbert woke up with a start when he heard the tea kettle screeching from the kitchen. Picking his head up from the table with a groan, he trudged his way over to the stove and picked up the pot. Filling two hefty mugs with water and a strainer, he turned on his heel and made his way to his brother’s study.

“West, you better not be dead in there,” Gilbert called out, bumping the door open with his hip.

Ludwig wasn’t dead, but he sure looked close to it. Bags under his eyes and a deep frown stretching over his features, he sat at his desk and stared at a book in front of him, though Gilbert doubted that he’d even read any of it at all.

It was a sad sight. One that Gilbert needed to fix immediately.

“Get that frown off of your face,” he said as he placed the mug down in front of the sleep-deprived man. “The worst is over so there’s no need for any more anxie-tea.”

Notes:

I'm not good at puns, so writing this was a miracle 🤪

Thanks for reading! 🌻💛

Chapter 7: WWGD (What Would Godzilla Do)

Notes:

Prompt: Them meeting at the age of five years old on the first day of kindergarten
Fandom: Haikyuu!!
Character(s): Iwaizumi Hajime, Oikawa Tooru

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

“But I don’t want to go!”

Iwaizumi looked up from where he was standing at the gate and catching bugs to see what all the commotion was about. He wasn’t surprised when he found a boy crying, latched onto his mother’s arm for dear life. It was the first day of school, after all. Even he was a little nervous and he wasn’t afraid of anything.

But not everyone could be as fearless as him, and Iwa knew that it was his duty to protect people who needed it. That’s what his favorite hero would do. He knew Godzilla wouldn’t just let someone suffer alone. At least, he thinks so.

Picking up a bug from the ground, he ran over to the crying boy and his mother. “Hey, here’s a bug so don’t cry any more, okay?” He reached out his hand expectantly, waiting for the kid to take the bug from him.

The boy in question held back his sobs as he looked the other boy up and down, eyes landing on the bug in his hand. Letting go of his mother’s arm, he reluctantly took it and looked it over. A worm. Not his favorite bug, but it would do.

Notes:

I may or not have based this off of my own experience...

Thanks for reading! 🌻💛

Chapter 8: Piece of Peace

Notes:

Prompt: Them accidentally (or purposefully) dozing off in a hammock together as the sun sets and the air cools down.
Fandom: Darling in the Franxx
Character(s): Zorome (666), Miku (390)

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Miku sighed, stretching her arms over her head and gazing up at the dome’s clear top. The sky outside was a lovely shade of orange, darkening into blues and purples as it kissed the horizon.

Leaning back even further, she brought her hands down to cup Zorome’s cheeks as he laid underneath her, chin propped on top of her head. They were laying comfortably on a hammock outside, books long forgotten on the ground below. The conversation died long ago, but the sounds of their breathing kept them well enough company.

It was always so loud. It was nice to get a few quiet moments together.

“What is it?” Zorome asked, holding the hands that rested on his face. He wondered if Miku was starting to get cold. With the sunset, the climate almost tended to drop. He did have a sweater on that he could lend to his companion, but then he’d be cold. Then again, he supposed they could always snuggle closer together for warmth.

Yeah right. He was lucky that they were even together like this without Miku throwing a fit about how close they were, or how Zorome’s breath was tickling the tip of her nose.

“Nothing,” Miku answered, lacing their fingers together and pulling their linked arms down so they were resting on her chest.

I hope you enjoy them! Please let me know if you'd like me to expand on any of them!
